Alice Cahill is the Director of the Organizational Leadership Practice at the Center for Creative Leadership. Alice applies her extensive facilitation and consulting experience to the design and delivery of leadership engagements for executive and senior level leaders at organizations in a wide range of industries. She supports business leaders in creating strategic direction, implementing change, developing leadership and organizational capabilities, creating engagement, and achieving results. Alice designs customized engagements and facilitates the strategic conversations and actions needed to apply leadership principles at the system, team and individual levels. She guides organizational leaders in developing the collective leadership capability that will advance their business performance. Alice earned a Ph.D. in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
Laura Quinn is a Senior Practitioner in the Organizational Solutions Business at CCL. In this role, she oversees the development and implementation of our Organizational Portfolio, including design and delivery of major client initiatives and the capability and content development for our Talent, Strategy, Culture and Organizational Transformation work. In her 12+ years at CCL, Laura has provided expertise on client consultation, program design and facilitation, research, and program management. She has worked with and managed multiple CCL programs and major client initiatives, focusing on leadership strategy, culture transformation, organizational change, effective organizational and interpersonal communication, senior executives and senior executive teams, and executive team development. Laura is also a certified executive coach and has had an extensive repertoire of coaching clients from numerous organizations and industries. Laura has a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication and Leadership from the University of Texas at Austin.
