The Value of Senior Leadership Development

CCL Webinar: The Value of Senior Leadership Development

On Demand

Duration: 1 hour

About the Webinar

Senior-level leaders face a unique set of challenges that are directly tied to the success and future of an organization. Though they are highly experienced when stepping into their roles, leaders at the executive level are expected to continuously improve their own skills and invest in personal senior leader development — while also influencing their teams, improving performance, and being an overall positive influence on their organizations.

Our research shows that the effectiveness of senior leaders is directly tied to the overall inclusiveness of an organization’s culture, the levels of psychological safety at work, and the success of key business outcomes such as driving innovation, setting strategy, and improving customer and employee engagement.

Despite this impact, leadership development at the senior level is often overlooked due to time constraints or a lack of awareness. Our open-enrollment leadership development courses and executive coaching can equip these leaders with the tools required to help organizations thrive and provide transformative leadership development.

Carlos Arcusa, Senior Vice President of HR, Europe, at TD Synnex joins us to discuss his own experience as a CCL partner and Leadership at the Peak program participant.

We’ll share how senior leadership development courses can empower executive-level leaders to invest in their own personal growth and be a positive influence on their organizations.
