In this highly interactive training, Christine Comaford, Serial Entrepreneur & Executive Coach, explores the future of leadership and how maintaining a compelling position in your organization will require new approaches from what we have known before. From her work with hundreds of successful entrepreneurs, top executive teams and political leaders, Christine takes the leadership model and turns it on its head. Future leaders will need to be more connected to a deeper ability to communicate & influence others to cause higher levels of accountability and productivity on their teams.

Christine will explore a model of leadership that takes into account both the dynamics of teams and the individual leader in a company. Rarely do leaders have a great diagnostic tool to know exactly when leadership falls off, how to quickly diagnose the leadership problem, and then how to adjust behavior and influence in order to solve the challenges they have. In Christine’s presentation, not only will she offer a cutting edge framework of thinking around leadership problem diagnosis, but will also help each participant understand how they might apply this tool to continue to deepen their own journey as leaders.
