To develop a deeper understanding of the leaders of tomorrow and their concerns, our research team partnered with 2 global leadership organizations — Y20, the youth forum of the G20, and the Asia Europe Foundation — to hear from young workers across more than 65 countries. Participants reflect different sectors, leader levels, nationalities, social identities, and work experiences, providing a broad view of global leadership.

In this webinar, we’ll share findings from our new research report, It’s You, Not Them: Why Emerging Leaders Need Your Support to Succeed, and reveal insights from our research with over 16,000 Gen Z and Millennial workers (ages 18 to 30) around the world.
