At CCL, her work involves data collection, building AI-based models, and data visualization to drive key insights. Her thought leadership sits at the intersection of AI, data ethics, and applied social science, delivering equitable, data-driven solutions to enhance leadership development.

Anne leads client teams that design and deliver enterprise solutions that go beyond the typical results of traditional leadership development initiatives. With over 20 years of experience in sales, advertising, and marketing, her expertise lies in executive coaching, coaching skills programs, custom leadership development solutions, virtual development, and organizational leadership initiatives for culture change and leadership strategy.

Karissa is the product manager and a lead designer of our flagship Leadership Development Program (LDP)^® and other global, core leadership programs. She designs and facilitates leadership development solutions with a focus on high-tech, biotech, and research organizations where collaboration and innovation across boundaries and expertise are critical to success.
