Bill Adams is a Leadership Solutions Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership. A former U.S. Army officer and West Point faculty member, Bill has more than 25 years of experience leading government teams and more than 10 years of experience teaching psychology, performance enhancement, and leadership.
Tracy Thomas-Roberts is a member of CCL’s federal government team focused on expanding partnerships with CCL’s public sector and military clients. Tracy has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia, a master’s degree in International Management and Finance, and an MBA in Global Business from the University of Maryland.
