Because of our long history as a government partner, we understand what it takes to develop effective leaders. Here are a few examples of CCL’s governmental impact:
CCL provided an outstanding senior leader development workshop for our U.S. Army Reserve Brigade during our 2-week annual training period. In the short amount of time we had, we tackled leading strategically, collaborating across boundaries, developing talented subordinates, having talent conversations, and developing a winning leadership culture. The Brigade put the tools to action and is the recipient of 2 prestigious awards; CCL helped us get there!

When I went to the Leadership at the Peak program, there was a fair amount of uncertainty in my company, and there were some stark contrasts in the 360-degree feedback I got. It was eye-opening, and the CCL coaches did a good job of helping me put it into context.
