The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) understands leadership in government is different. Driven by service, government leaders live and work by a different set of standards.

CCL has adopted a flexible approach for supporting government organizations and delivering a single, seamless solution to their needs. We can work directly with your agency – or partner with others who share our passion for leadership development.

We can team with other leadership development firms, with industry experts in complementary fields or with SDVOSB, VOSB, WOSB, and 8A small businesses  looking for a skilled partner with the resources to handle a large, global engagement or for engagements which are designated as a small business set-aside.

The Center for Creative Leadership is on the Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) GSA Schedule (Schedule 874 – MOBIS).

CCL’s Philosophy

Unlike many firms in the leadership development arena, we’re a nonprofit organization with leadership education and research as our exclusive mission. That means we aren’t preoccupied with tumbling stock prices or a relentless drive for profits. We’re focused instead on the unique challenges of leading in government settings — and we’re staffed by service-minded professionals who share your values-driven, mission-oriented approach to leadership and your dedication to public service and the greater good.

Our skilled team teaches clients to set direction more effectively…create alignment and gain commitment…navigate complex challenges…and manage conflicting priorities and agendas for maximum impact.

Turning Your Challenges into Opportunities

CCL offers a comprehensive portfolio of leadership development solutions that can help you turn your most vexing challenges into new opportunities for breakthrough performance. As the federal government’s trusted partner for leadership solutions, we will work with you to identify your needs and craft a solution to satisfy those needs.
