About the Webinar

The year 2020 was like no other — marked by human, business, social, and economic crises. Companies and leaders were (and still are) navigating crisis as they’re working to protect their businesses and safeguard their people. While the pandemic exposed the fragility of commercial establishments, and broke the myth of infallible organizations and leaders, it also presented an opportunity for leaders to stand tall and show their character in the face of extreme despair.

This webinar explores findings from our APAC research paper Leading in a Crisis: From Survival to Strategic Pivot, and articulates the journey leaders must undergo as they learn to navigate crisis and reflect, reset, recalibrate, and pivot to succeed in the “next normal.” The research highlights that CXOs not only deal with external leadership crises to keep their businesses afloat, but also deep personal leadership crises, as they dig into their now-depleted reserves of emotional energy to motivate themselves and their teams. This webinar shares ideas and practices to cope with navigating crisis, organizational action steps to survive, and offers personal resilience tips to help build crisis leadership “muscle” and come out of one even stronger.
