About the Webinar

Our complex, changing world continually challenges leaders to be flexible and innovative. At the heart of efforts to create change, nonprofits, agencies, communities, and funders are working to uncover the roots of some of our greatest social issues, so-called “wicked problems.” At CCL, we believe that transformational change and networked, collaborative approaches to confronting wicked problems require reframing and expanding leadership competencies. Reimagined leadership for sustainable change requires understanding and embracing broader capabilities and frameworks.

In this webinar, we’ll explore how our work alongside our nonprofit partners has led us to a greater understanding of successful leadership in the social sector. We will start with the first of the competencies highlighted in our white paper.

Together, we will examine how inclusive, diverse, and often community-based leadership is necessary to truly uncover and solve the root causes of big problems.

Foster social sector leadership in your leaders with customized leadership development tailored to your organization’s unique context and culture.
