Tim Davisson
Leadership and Organizational Solutions Regional Manager – Latin America

Tim Davisson leads the Latin American business development efforts for CCL, where he brings over 15 years of experience in developing global leadership and culture solutions for Fortune 1000 organizations around the world. He has experience managing and being a thought-partner with organizations who want to scale development and link development to business outcomes supporting culture change, specifically as part of merger and acquisitions in the financial services industry. In addition to his role in Latin America, Tim is a member of the CCL Financial Services vertical and manages some of the largest FinServ clients at CCL. Tim also has extensive experience in the supporting development in manufacturing and multi-corporation (large family run organizations) and retail sectors. Tim is natively fluent in English, conversational Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Portuguese.

Adam Neiberg

Adam Neiberg is the Financial Services Program Manager for CCL, where he brings 18 years of experience in the Financial Services industry. Adam utilizes his experience and networks to provide oversight, support, and expertise for leadership and organizational solutions for CCL’s global financial service practice. In this role, he is the subject matter expert for design decisions impacting the client’s CCL experience and provides thoughtful leadership and support for the overall strategic direction of the practice. He also focuses on business development to create long-term value for CCL with an emphasis on growing and strengthening our financial services relationships and partnering with colleagues.
