About the Webinar

It’s no secret that the pandemic has transformed the way organizations operate. Business as usual looks much different, if not completely unpredictable. In April of 2021, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that 4 million people left their jobs — a trend many are referring to as “the great resignation,” as employees are questioning the meaning of their work and rethinking what they want from their lives.

The majority of employees surveyed in Envoy’s Return to the Workplace survey say they want flexible and remote work options to remain. If organizations want to improve employee retention and engagement and succeed in the future, it’s not a question of if they should be flexible, but how they will be flexible.

Leading a team is difficult to begin with — now the prospect of accomplishing this in a new, more complex, more dynamic environment raises the challenge level — and the stress. At the same time, it’s a time full of opportunity.

Organizations need to consider the importance of communication skills and truly listen to understand their people to build trust in the new hybrid world of work. As the world of work continues to encounter rapid changes, organizations must intentionally build new capabilities to adapt to employee needs and ensure a positive and successful culture.

What You’ll Learn

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • Tactics to improve employee retention and engagement in a flexible work environment
  • How HR executives can engage and partner with current employees to support a flexible workplace
  • Ways to cultivate flexible leadership in times of change

  • A research-based framework for managers to navigate the new world of work

Make sure your organization understands how to improve employee retention and support your people, wherever they’re located, in today’s new hybrid workplace.
