This 1-hour lab is built for leaders who’ve completed our Leadership Development Program (LDP)® and are ready to close the gap between knowing and doing. Together, we’ll reconnect with the SBI framework, look honestly at the beliefs and biases that get in the way, and learn from peers who are navigating the same challenges you are.
You’ll leave with renewed clarity, practical strategies you can put to work right away, and a feedback message you’re ready to deliver—because the cost of staying stuck is too high, and the path forward is closer than it feels.

Alumni Virtual Labs are live, 60-minute sessions exclusively for CCL Alumni Network members — designed to help you apply the skills from your leadership program to the real challenges you’re facing right now.
