Current Role
George Hallenbeck manages our portfolio of custom solutions. He’s a recognized expert in the area of learning agility and has been engaged in research, product development, and client activities related to the topic for over 15 years. He has authored or co-authored 8 books, including Compass: Your Guide for Leadership Development and Coaching and Learning Agility: Unlock the Lessons of Experience. His book Lead 4 Success®: Learn the Essentials of True Leadership shaped the development of our Lead 4 Success leadership fundamentals course.
Experience
Before joining us in 2013, George’s career included extensive experience in intellectual property development, product management, and leadership development consulting. He has written numerous white papers and journal articles, as well as pieces for publications such as BusinessWeek Online and Chief Learning Officer magazine. George regularly participates in other thought leadership efforts including speaking engagements, webcasts, and blogging.
Education
George has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University and a BA in Psychology from Colby College.
