About the Webinar

This session will underline how the current disruption has reframed the leadership development model and approach in organizations, and what lessons organizations have learned as they strive to develop their cadre of future-ready leaders.

Join us to find out more on how organizations continue to adjust to the world that is slowly but surely emerging from the dark shadows of the pandemic, making the most of opportunities in rebounding economies, and tackling numerous challenges owing to hyper uncertainty in a business context. What does the “next normal” mean for businesses and HR, particularly its impact on leadership development initiatives in organizations? How should business and development strategy align to maximize ROI (Return on Investment) on leadership development efforts? How to inject the “right dose” of leadership development technology in organizations?
