About the Webinar

This is session 2 in our series, Lead to Succeed. Be sure to explore the other sessions as well:

Reinvention starts at the top. And when it comes to implementing systemic change in equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) within your organization, that means top leaders must embody an inclusive leadership approach. Awareness is important, but in order to see meaningful culture change, executives need to move beyond well-intentioned words and be actively involved. During this session, you’ll hear from Julie Osborne, VP Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at AbbVie who will share her experiences from last year and how her organization is approaching EDI into the future.

We can partner with you to achieve systemic change to shift mindsets, behaviors, and practices toward more equitable, diverse, and inclusive teams and organizations. Learn more about how our EDI practice can help you fulfill your commitment to becoming an ally.
