Paul joined CCL in 2006 as faculty and previously served in leadership roles in the CCL’s EMEA region first as Organizational Practice Leader, then as Director of Leadership Portfolio.
He is also a Lead Faculty for a number of key CCL custom clients both regionally and globally, and also supports clients as a coach for executives and senior leadership teams.
Paul has 30 years’ experience of shaping and leading consulting assignments at senior levels, with a special focus on business strategy, transformation and organizational change throughout Europe and North America. His expertise includes strategic leadership, innovation leadership, change leadership, and organizational leadership transformation.
Prior to joining CCL, Paul founded his own boutique consulting group, after being a director at PricewaterhouseCoopers based in London, designing and implementing strategic change projects across Europe. Previously, he held management positions in a number of multinationals in the professional services sector.
Paul is currently serving as Director of Faculty, Coaching and Design for CCL APAC. He leads the regional team of internal and associate faculty and coaches in the design, development and execution of solutions across all of CCL’s business lines .
Paul is of French and Italian extraction, educated in the U.K. and U.S., and is based in Singapore. His academic background includes a BSc in Chemistry from the University of London, an MBA from University of California at Los Angeles, and a post-graduate certificate in Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University.
Paul is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, the Strategic Planning Society, the International Leadership Association and the Association of Change Management Professionals. Paul is a Board Certified Coach and a Registered Corporate Coach.
