Current Role
Shaurav Sen is CCL’s Vice President, Partnerships & Innovation. He leads a global team responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing strategic partnerships with firms and providers in the leadership development space, including technology-based learning platforms. The team is also responsible for coordinating with other CCL functions to build an innovation roadmap to ensure we continue to bring fresh and creative ideas, products, and services to the market.
Experience
Shaurav brings more than 25 years of global professional experience spanning management consulting, commercial leadership, and innovation in the field of leadership development and talent management. He has served in top leadership roles at both country and regional levels in publicly listed companies in India, Asia-Pacific, and the U.S.
Shaurav is deeply passionate about leadership and people development, as well as helping organizations achieve talent-driven business outcomes. He has served as strategic advisor to CHROs, CIOs, and CEOs from Fortune 1000 companies to help them unlock the full potential of their talent pool and drive strategic human capital decisions at their organizations.
His most recent experience includes overseeing commercial and delivery teams for Gartner and Korn Ferry, where he was responsible for driving commercial growth and strategy in key Asia-Pacific markets, including China, Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia, and India. Prior to that he spent over a decade at the Corporate Executive Board (recently acquired by Gartner) where he was responsible for developing and launching new subscription-based businesses and oversaw research and innovation. Shaurav also worked at Unilever as part of their Corporate Strategy Group, focusing on targeting new products to emerging customer segments. He has served as Board Member at CEB India and Special Olympics Asia-Pacific, as well as OnScreen Interactive, a start-up Internet company he founded at the early stages of his professional career.
Educational Background
Shaurav holds a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Business from Marquette University in Wisconsin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from MCC, India. He is also a certified Master Coach and has worked with both start-ups and established organizations on various types of coaching and mentoring engagements.
