The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)® has 2 governing bodies — the Board of Governors and the Board of Trustees. Trustees have fiduciary responsibility for the corporation’s physical and financial assets, operations, and tax-exempt status. They elect the Trustees and Governors, appoint committees, manage succession, and select auditors and advisors for the corporation. The Board of Governors is charged with managing the affairs of the corporation with respect to program, policy, and implementation of the educational purposes of CCL.
Our Executive Team and Senior Fellows are comprised of the individuals overseeing the day-to-day operations of our leadership programs, the research conducted, and our societal advancement projects at multiple locations around the world. We also have a number of Distinguished Associates.
