Martin Schneider is now on the CCL Board of Governors. Previously, he served as President & CEO of the Center for Creative Leadership.
Experience
Martin has more than 30 years of business experience in the fields of technology leadership, supply chain, direct to consumer, and innovation. He has worked for several world-class companies recognized for their commitment to developing leaders. His previous leadership roles have included Global Chief Information Officer for VF Corporation; Vice President of Business Systems for Procter & Gamble; Vice President of Global Supply Chain Technology for Gillette; and Chief Information Officer for Duracell Batteries.
Martin served on our Board of Governors from 2013-2022 as Vice Chair of the board and as chair of its Technology Committee, until he became President and CEO in November 2022. He served in that role until August 2026, then stepped down and returned to serving on the board.
Education
Martin earned a BS in Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire and is an alumnus of our Leadership at the Peak program for senior executives.
Professional Affiliations
Additionally, Martin serves on the Board of Directors of the Greensboro Science Center. He’s also been a board member of the United Way of Greater Greensboro and past board chair of Communities in Schools.
