Experience
As a triple threat of leadership development, Dr. Graham interweaves research, executive coaching and facilitation to create learning experiences with impact. She has worked across industries from retail to government. Career highlights include working with multinational organizations involved in mergers and acquisitions, developing leaders in the hospitality industry, and coaching senior executives at some of the largest restaurant brands in the world. Her research interests are varied (e.g., adaptability, change management, cross-cultural executive coaching, virtual leadership, teams) but are always in the realm of leadership development and are characterized as having strong scientific foundations that result in practical applications.
Before joining CCL, Paige honed her research, coaching and facilitation skills in a number of venues. She developed a course on leadership adaptability for the U.S. Army War College, specialized in assessment center development and delivery for industries ranging from pharmaceuticals to airlines, and served as a senior consultant and ultimately Vice President of an international consulting and assessments company working closely with senior executives to diagnose selection, development, and retention issues. In addition, she served 4 years as a university professor and department chair where she worked with adult learners at the graduate level in the School of Organizational Leadership at the University of the Rockies.
As a Senior Faculty with CCL, she has trained such programs as the Leadership Development Program, Leading Teams for Impact, and Maximizing Leadership Potential. She also designs and delivers custom leadership solutions to engage and drive individual, group, and organizational performance.
Current Role
Dr. Graham is an Organizational Leadership Practitioner based out of the CCL Colorado Springs campus. She primarily works with senior teams to define the leadership needed to achieve organizational success. She helps clients develop capabilities across their organizations in the areas of senior team performance, organizational change, innovation, talent and culture.
Educational Background
Paige earned her Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville where she specialized in Psychology, Management, and Organizational Development.
