Kim Palmisano

Experience

With 25+ years of success in leadership and organizational development, Kim has served hundreds of executives at Fortune 500 companies. Her experience also includes developing and presenting curriculum for corporate training and college instruction. She has held positions in the pharmaceutical arena as director of organizational development and director of sales training.

In addition to her work experience, Kim has served in leadership positions in nonprofit and educational organizations.

Current Role

Kim is the Global Portfolio Manager for Assessments. She provides subject matter expertise on CCL’s Assessments and Certification Programs, driving innovation, identifying and disseminating best practices. Kim is also a Leadership Advisor and Facilitator, partnering with leadership teams globally to develop solutions that support market needs.

She has deep expertise in pharmaceuticals as well as a breadth of experience working with global clients that represent a diverse range of industries from manufacturing to consumer products and includes such variety as healthcare, retail, education, technology, and non-profit. She brings passion and energy to her role, partnering to customize offerings that increase leaders’ capability and impact at individual, team, and organizational levels.

Kim serves on design teams that include Engagement, New Product Development, Learning Transfer, Innovation and Creativity, along with the Women’s Leadership Experience.

Educational Background

Kim graduated from Guilford College with a B.A. degree in History and Philadelphia Biblical University with an M.S. in Organizational Leadership. She is qualified in 4MAT® instructional design techniques and is a certified Myers BriggsType Indicator (MBTI) ® instructor and in CCL’s 360 Suite of Assessments.
