This serene, 19-acre wooded campus serves as our global headquarters and the base for our Americas operations, as well as for our research, publication, and product development work. These extensive training facilities offer a peaceful, natural setting in which to reflect on personal leadership abilities and to develop new skills and perspectives. Our leadership programs, as well as many of our customized leadership development trainings for clients, are held on-site at this convenient location.
Our main Greensboro campus houses classrooms, observation rooms, action learning laboratories, a fitness center, an on-site cafeteria and gourmet dining room, and a library, all encircling a beautiful landscaped courtyard with a bubbling stream and ample benches to rest and reflect.
Also on site is our bookstore, where you can purchase reading materials, enrichment materials, plus CCL-branded merchandise, including hats, sweatshirts, T-shirts, and more. Our facility is situated near the Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO), only about 8 miles away or a 10-minute drive.
For program participants staying at the specified program hotel, daily transportation to and from our campus is provided. For participants, clients, and guests who wish to commute each day on their own, you may park in any parking space in our large parking lot. Reserved parking spaces for visitors are marked and available near the front entry of the building.
Although training days are full, our Greensboro campus is nestled within the beautiful North Carolina forest alongside Lake Higgins. It’s just minutes away from Greensboro’s historic downtown where participants can visit the International Civil Rights Museum, site of the historic lunch counter sit-ins of the 1960s, explore LeBauer Park, and admire the work of local artists at the Elsewhere Museum. These provide the perfect opportunity for reflection and recreation, either before or after a leadership development experience with us.

Since the Center for Creative Leadership began delivering programs in 1970, inviting local artists to exhibit in the building has been part of our story. What began as a need to decorate the hallways has now become part of our Greensboro campus culture. Public art receptions recently resumed at the campus.
For our employees, the art program means our halls get a regular refresh, creating a work environment that inspires creativity. For the artists, their work is viewed and purchased by visitors from around the world every week. For our program participants, they’re welcomed to a space filled with beauty and inspiration — but the impact goes even deeper.
