Current Role

Chris Beckert is a Senior Leadership Solutions Partner, designing and delivering specialized leadership development journeys and solutions for both public and private sector organizations. His expertise includes innovation, digital transformation, strategy development, executive team development, organizational development, and crisis leadership.

Experience

Before joining us, Chris served as an Army War College faculty member after more than 25 years of service as a US Army officer, which included a role as Executive Director of the Strategic Leadership Development Program at the Pentagon. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the nonprofit American Heroes for North Carolina (AH4NC).

Education

Chris has an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, an MS in  National Security Planning from the National Defense University, an MA in Theater Planning & Strategy from the US Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), and a BA in Political Science from Washington and Lee University.
