Alumni Virtual Lab: Skills
You got here by being good at the work. So why does developing others, instead of doing it yourself, feel like a harder job?
This 1-hour lab is built for leaders who’ve completed our Leadership Development Program (LDP)® and are ready to grow their team as problems solvers and leader. In this workshop we will revisit CCL’s Direction-Alignment-Commitment (DAC)® Model, discuss what leading through DAC really asks of you, identify a challenge you’re experiencing right now, and learn from peers handling with the same pull between doing and developing.
You’ll leave with clarity and ideas you can use in your very next conversation, because the more you choose to develop others, the farther your leadership reaches.
About Alumni Virtual Labs
Alumni Virtual Labs are live, 60-minute sessions exclusively for CCL Alumni Network members — designed to help you apply the skills from your leadership program to the real challenges you’re facing right now.
