About the Webinar

In this session, we facilitate a discussion on women and leadership with prominent voices from Lean In and the Aga Khan Foundation, who discuss the imperative for organizations to support women leaders, especially now, to combat the disproportionate effect the global pandemic has had on women across the globe. Our expert panel also discusses how supporting women and leadership not only advances diversity and inclusion, but also creates a competitive advantage with significant business impact.

Join us as we dive into our own research and data from Lean In and other organizations to underscore the need to advance allyship, mentorship, and sponsorship to continue to elevate women and leadership to tackle the challenges and opportunities of the future. We’ll discuss the best practices for women’s leadership development, noting the wide variance and nuance of cultural considerations around the world, and how a flexible approach to elevating women and leadership development can help to retain more talent and drive change, both globally and within regional contexts.

What You’ll Learn

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • What recent research suggests about women and leadership, and why supporting women right now is an imperative for organizations looking to retain talent
