Alumni Virtual Lab: Your Leadership Challenges
In today’s environment everything feels important, everyone wants your time, and time runs out before the priorities do. We’ve worked with thousands of leaders standing exactly where you are, and we know this challenge doesn’t get solved in just an hour.
This 1-hour lab is built for leaders who’ve completed our Leadership Development Program (LDP)® and are ready to make real progress on a challenge that won’t quit. We’ll help you put a pin in the priority that matters most, relate that priority back to the VUCA framework, then pair you with an accountability partner who’ll check in, track your progress, and keep you moving toward your goal in the weeks ahead.
You won’t walk away with the whole problem solved, but you will walk away with a clear next step, a peer (or peers) committed to your progress, and the momentum to keep going. Because the hardest challenges of leadership are lighter when someone is there to support you.

Alumni Virtual Labs are live, 60-minute sessions exclusively for CCL Alumni Network members — designed to help you apply the skills from your leadership program to the real challenges you’re facing right now.
Each lab is facilitated by expert CCL faculty and built around peer interaction, not passive learning. Come ready to engage: share what you’re working through, hear from leaders navigating similar terrain, and leave with something you can actually use.
