Cheryl Flink leads CCL’s Global Research & Evaluation and Leadership Analytics functions. Her role contributes to our collective work to accelerate leadership development and performance for the benefit of society worldwide.

Cheryl has served in a number of executive positions overseeing strategy, analytics and research, marketing, and professional services. By linking data, technology, and analytics to strategy, product development, and business execution, she has enabled organizations to find new market opportunities, improve revenue and cost drivers, and leverage data to address business challenges.

David Altman is Chief Operating Officer of the Center for Creative Leadership, where he oversees global P&L, Leadership Solutions/Knowledge Management, Operations, and Digital Learning.

Before his appointment as COO in 2017, David served four years as EVP/MD of CCL-EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) based in Brussels Belgium and nine years as VP/SVP/EVP of CCL’s global Research, Innovation and Product Development group. Before joining CCL, he spent 20 years working in academic medical centers (Stanford University and Wake Forest University).
