Sergey Davydov is an Associate Senior Leadership Faculty at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) in Moscow since 2014. Sergey has been working as an individual entrepreneur in business consulting, training and coaching for more than 8 years. He designed and delivered numerous development programs for commercial companies across industries in Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Western Europe.
Sergey worked for more than 15 years in different leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry in Russia and the CIS Region for several US and European companies. He graduated in psychology from the Moscow State University and earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management (Germany) – Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University (USA). Sergey represents both Universities as a Board Member of the Russian Alumni groups. He has written numerous professional articles, including a series of 16 articles for Remedium, a leading pharmaceutical business magazine in Russia. One of the latest works of Sergey was dedicated to evolutionary typology of thinking published in Harvard Business Review (Russia) in 2016.
Sergey is passionate about horses and horse riding.
