
Patrick Mullane, MBA
Current Role
Patrick Mullane is President and CEO of the Center for Creative Leadership, a mission-driven, top-ranked provider of leadership development and research. He guides CCL’s global team of 500+ employees and hundreds of on-call faculty, associates, and coaches in helping individuals, teams, and organizations around the world take on their most pressing leadership challenges.
Experience
With more than 30 years of leadership experience, Patrick has worked in numerous industries including industrial equipment manufacturing, internet/software, telecommunications, and nonprofit education.
Prior to joining CCL in 2026, he served as Executive Director of Harvard Business School Online & Executive Education, where he oversaw all non-degree online and in-person programming. Earlier in his career, Patrick was Chief Operating Officer and then CEO and owner of a manufacturing company. He has also served as a senior operations leader for several organizations and began his career leading an intelligence team as a Captain in the US Air Force.
Education
Patrick holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame, an MS in Project and Systems Management from Golden Gate University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
