For Jennifer Habig, the most compelling study is the impact of collective leadership on the success of an organization. Her background in consulting psychology has uniquely prepared her to understand both the psychological and business aspects of that value proposition.
As Managing Director, Jennifer works with key clients, including leading corporations in communications, healthcare, manufacturing, fintech, biotech, energy, and education to enable them to meet their strategic business goals. Her responsibilities encompass operations, HR, project management, program support, and faculty development—all with the objective of helping individuals, teams, and organizations reach their highest potential both within client organizations and within CCL itself.
A coach, consultant, and trainer for over a decade, Jennifer has helped organizations see themselves from the perspective of the individuals who lead them and teams that work in them. Rather than saddling clients with data and strategies without context or execution support, she and her CCL teams walk beside them, collaborating to define the problem/opportunity, and helping them see their organizations from new perspectives. Solutions reflect the clients’ vision, enriched by CCL’s experience and enthusiasm.
Jennifer began her career by tailoring solutions for individual, team, and organizational development and researching ways to improve the effectiveness of executive coaching. Having joined CCL as a doctoral student and research intern, Jennifer soon rose to Senior Faculty and Coaching Portfolio Manager. She consulted with clients to discover their goals for customized leadership solutions; designed and facilitated leadership development programs; coached individual executives and executive leadership teams; delivered large-scale, global executive coaching programs; and created new products for the CCL portfolio.
More recently, Jennifer focused on design integrity and delivery quality for all leadership solutions in the Western region of the US, Western Canada, and Latin America as the Design and Delivery Manager for CCL’s San Diego Campus. She oversaw the selection, onboarding, performance, and strategic utilization of CCL faculty and served on the leadership team that supports business in this region.
Jennifer holds a BA in psychology from Hanover College, an MS in industrial/ organizational psychology from Purdue University, and a PhD in consulting psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
She is a member of the Society of Consulting Psychology, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the American Psychological Association (APA).
