Jennifer has been a coach, consultant, and trainer in the areas of leadership and organizational development for over a decade. With a background in industrial/ organizational psychology and consulting, she integrates these disciplines to design and deliver tailored solutions for individual, team and organizational development.
Prior to her current role, Jennifer worked as Senior Faculty and the Coaching Portfolio Manager at the Center for Creative Leadership. In these roles she conducted discovery and design consultation with clients interested in customized leadership solutions; designed and facilitated leadership development programs; coached individual executives and executive leadership teams; delivered large scale, global executive coaching programs, and created new products for the CCL portfolio.
Currently, Jennifer is the Global Markets Design & Delivery Manager at the San Diego, CA campus. In this role she oversees design integrity and delivery quality for all leadership solutions in the Western region of the US, Western Canada, and Latin America. She is responsible for the selection, on-boarding, performance and strategic utilization of CCL faculty and is a member of the leadership team that supports CCL’s business in this region. Her recent clients include: T-Mobile, Apple, Intel, UCLA Health System, Philips, CoreLogic, Williams Companies, and Cenovus.
Before joining the Center, Jennifer consulted with organizations in the areas of diversity, inclusion, organizational culture, decision-making, reward systems, communication, and strategic planning. She also worked as a product developer for a leadership assessment and development firm specializing in the area of emotional intelligence, and as a training specialist focusing in the areas of team development, performance management, and selection.
In addition to her consulting experience, Jennifer’s current research is focused on the evaluation of long-term coaching engagements to help clients more effectively differentiate good coaches from great coaches, and make the case for the continued use of executive coaching in organizations.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in psychology from Hanover College, an M.S. in industrial/ organizational psychology from Purdue University, and is finishing her Ph.D. in consulting psychology at Alliant International University. She is also a Board Certified Coach (BCC) through the Center for Credentialing and Education.
