To claim your CEUs for participating in one of our programs, follow the instructions provided on the NU website for CCL CEUs.

We are an Approved Provider (AP) for the HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®), and some of our leadership programs have been awarded recertification units based on the number of instructional hours associated with the program.

The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.

Example of LinkedIn badge certificateAlumni of our programs around the world are invited to showcase completion of a program experience with us on their social media accounts. Adding your CCL program as a credential on your social media accounts, particularly on your LinkedIn profile, demonstrates your commitment to continuing your personal and professional leadership development journey.

For Alumni of Our Core Programs

Participants in our leadership programs receive a digital badge to display on their social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Instructions to access and display the digital badge are emailed to participants after completion of a program. If you did not receive yours, please contact us.

For Alumni of Our Custom Programs & Other Partnerships

If you’re an alum of another type of program engagement with us — for example, if your company or organization partnered with us to provide you with a customized leadership training — you will not receive a badge from us, but you may still manually add a certification to your LinkedIn profile to showcase your CCL development experience.

To add your participation in a CCL program as a credential on your LinkedIn profile, just follow these easy steps:

  1. Log into your LinkedIn account and go your personal profile page.
  2. Add the Licenses & Certifications section to your profile if it’s not already there. To add it:
    • On a mobile device: Tap the + sign to add new info to your profile. Tap Background, and Licenses & Certifications is below.
    • On a computer: Click the “Add profile section” button at the top of your profile page. Under Background, select Licenses & Certifications.
  3. In the Add licenses & certifications window that appears, complete the fields as follows:
    • For Name, type the name of your organization’s leadership program, course, or training, delivered in partnership with CCL.
    • For Issuing Organization, type Center for Creative Leadership and then select the CCL logo from the dropdown menu that appears. This formally links your credential to the official CCL company page on LinkedIn, as shown here:How to manually add a digital badge for your CCL leadership program as a credential on your LinkedIn profile
    • Check the box next to This certification does not expire.
    • For Issue Date, enter the month/year you participated in a program with us.
    • Leave the Credential ID and Credential URL fields blank.
    • Select Save and you’re done!
