Naomi Moore is an Evaluation Associate on our Insights & Impact team, where she manages end-of-program (EOP) and return on leadership learning (ROLL) surveys that are completed by clients.
Experience
Naomi has experience working in data analysis and data visualization to develop reports and automation for clients across industries.
Before joining us, she worked as an analyst at Deloitte under Risk and Financial Advisory. She has developed the reporting process for data management projects and created custom and automated reporting solutions to deliver real-time daily reports on performance metrics. She also has experience interviewing clients, assessing current systems, and gathering requirements to develop playbooks and recommendations for improved processes.
Naomi’s experiences have honed her abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively and provide actionable insight that drive informed decision making.
Educational Background
Naomi has an MA in Public Administration with a focus on Evaluation and Analytics from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies and a BA in International Security and Conflict Resolution from San Diego State University.
