Monica Bortoluzzi is our Director of Design and Delivery for Europe. She’s a senior L&D practitioner and coach who works with leaders across a spectrum of industries and geographies. In her tenure with us, Monica has held senior positions with global responsibilities, including being a member of our Global Portfolio & Leadership Solutions group.
Experience
Monica has nearly 20 years of international business experience in leadership development, training, and HR across a variety of industries. She’s a certified professional coach from the Coaches’ Training Institute (CTI) and an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also a trained Systemic and Relationships Coach (ORSC, London), and a licensed Career coach (Firework Coaching, Careershifters, UK). Monica is also a certified “Embodied Trainer and Coach” (EFC, London).
Education
Monica has a Master’s degree in Human Resources Direction and Organization from ESIC Business & Marketing School and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia.
