Manya Khanna is a Research Analyst, where she is part of our Research, Innovation & New Content Creation (RINCC) team. In her role, she supports both internal research initiatives and external client projects. Manya specializes in evaluation, data analysis & visualization, and the development of automated reports using R, transforming complex data into actionable insights. Her work contributes directly to our research-driven approach to leadership development and decision-making.
Experience
Manya’s expertise lies in analyzing and visualizing data using R, applying econometric techniques, and leveraging machine learning for research in economics. She contributes to our ongoing research on leadership development.
Before joining us, Manya held internships at the Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and Altigreen Propulsion Labs, where she worked on policy research and data science projects. Manya is passionate about using data to uncover insights that drive positive social change and enjoys communicating complex findings through clear, compelling data stories.
Educational Background
Manya has an MS in Computational Social Science with a specialization in Mathematical and Computational Economics from the Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (IITJ), India, and a BA (Hons.) in Economics from O.P. Jindal Global University, India.
