Current Role

Andi designs and delivers transformational development experiences, with a particular focus on developing public health leaders. Her team works to systematically improve the health of entire populations by supporting and developing skills in public health leadership.

Experience

Andi brings passion and extensive experience in healthcare to her 20-year tenure with us. Before joining CCL, she served as Deputy Director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF)’s Substance Abuse Policy Research program and the RWJF-funded Executive Nurse Fellows program, which increased the effectiveness of American nurse leaders. She was a Research Associate at Wake Forest Baptist Health for more than a decade.

Education

Andi has an MAEd in Counseling and a BA in Economics, both from Wake Forest University.

Andi authored a book chapter, “Culture of Health Leaders: Building a Diverse Network to Advance Health Equity” in Leading Community Based Changes in the Culture of Health in the U.S.
