Alumni Virtual Lab: Skills
The world of a leader can be volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous. Trying to create change in these environments can prove challenging for any leader.
This 1-hour lab is built for leaders who’ve completed our Leadership Development Program (LDP)® and are eager to connect skills from LDP to the VUCA world you’re leading in. look honestly at where your mindset may be helping you and where it may be falling short, learn from peers also navigating in a VUCA world, and end with some strategies to help you lead with a mindset that creates influence when it matters most.
In leadership, uncertainty is always certain and your ability to influence through uncertainty is a skill you need to practice. You’ll leave with practical strategies you can put to work right away, and a personalized influence challenge in which you can apply these strategies.

Alumni Virtual Labs are live, 60-minute sessions exclusively for CCL Alumni Network members — designed to help you apply the skills from your leadership program to the real challenges you’re facing right now.
