Current Role

Mary Abraham is the Senior Director of Products & Partnerships. She and her team are responsible for our portfolio of programs and products, including CCL Passport™, our all-access leadership subscription program. She’s focused on bringing the highest quality, transformational experiences to clients through open-enrollment leadership programs, Benchmarks® 360 assessments, licensable and digital programs, publications, and facilitation tools.

Mary is an ICF-certified coach and mentor for aspiring and executive leaders, and she  serves as a mentor for our Advancing Technical Women custom leadership program.

Experience

Before joining us in 2012, Mary worked for an e-learning provider for more than a decade, progressing from software development through program management, business development, and directing content and channel partnerships.

Education

Mary has an MS in Computer Science, Imaging, and Business, and a BS in Computer Engineering, both from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
