In response, we’ve undertaken extensive research to understand the leadership needs and unique perspectives that have a bearing on how leaders are developed in India and the Asia-Pacific region. Our India office was formally incorporated in 2009, but our history of work with Indian leaders dates back to the early 1980s, with participation in leadership development initiatives undertaken by global multinational corporations. Today, South Asian and India-based organizations now send their managers to our leadership programs worldwide, and they partner with CCL India for the design and delivery of custom leadership solutions.
Our office is located in Digital Greens, a LEED-certified green building in Sector 6 of Gurgaon, close to the international airport, Faridabad, Delhi, and Manesar regions.
The CCL India and South Asia Advisory Board was formed to provide non-binding strategic advice to the management of our India and South Asia operations, actively providing strategic guidance to be able achieve our goals, raise our profile, and advance our mission in the region.
The office is convenient to the Metro corridor and is a 20-minute drive from the Delhi International Airport. Parking is available in the multi-level car park in the ground and basement levels of the building.
