Current Role

Sabrina Speights is a Research Associate on our Leadership Research & Analytics team. A seasoned expert in organizational science, Sabrina’s research focuses on the work-life interface and employee wellbeing with a particular interest in work-home boundary management, gender differences, and couple dynamics.

Experience

Before joining us, Sabrina was an Assistant Professor of Business and Management at Wheaton College, Massachusetts, where she developed and taught courses on organizational behavior, human resource management, and senior theses.

Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Business and Psychology and Occupational Health Science. Sabrina is also an advocate of experiential learning and has published her learning strategies in outlets such as Management Teaching Review.

Education

Sabrina has a PhD in Organizational Science and an MS in Sociology from the University of North Carolina–Charlotte, and a BA in Psychology (minor in Spanish) from George Mason University.
