Current Role
Based in Barcelona, Spain, Kelly Simmons is a Leadership Solutions Partner and faculty for our Europe Design & Delivery Team. She led the design of our women’s leadership development program that helps women in technical fields hone their leadership skills so they stay and rise to more senior roles, and she’s the co-author of Beating the Odds: Winning Strategies of Women in STEM.
Experience
Before taking her current role, Kelly’s most recent role with us was Global Director of Custom Portfolio Solutions, overseeing the design and delivery of custom leadership solutions for our global corporate clients. Since joining us in 2015, Kelly has played a key role in aligning research with the portfolio, co-developing leadership content standards, and founding the League of Experiential Learning, a global group curating experiential offerings.
Kelly has over 20 years of international experience, working in North and South America, Asia, and Europe. She began her career as a mechanical engineer and has since worked as an ICF-certified leadership coach and consultant for Fortune 500 organizations, small companies, and start-ups across multiple sectors.
Education
Kelly has an MS in Organizational Development and Coaching from EADA Business School in Barcelona, Spain. She also has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California–Davis.
