CCL Researchers Contribute to Book Advancing Neuroinclusive Leadership in the Workplace

Researchers from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) ®, a top-ranked, global leadership development organization, have contributed a chapter to Neurodiversity in the Workplace.

Featuring contributions from Sarah Pearsall , Elizabeth Fry, and Jeff Kosovich, this volume merges both conceptual insight and practical guidance for advancing neurodiversity inclusion at work. Their insights are featured in chapter 4, “Elevating Neurodivergent Leaders: Cultivating Neuroinclusive Leadership.”

Grounded in evidence and shaped by a commitment to equity, the book moves the conversation beyond awareness, offering perspectives that help organizations understand, support, and value neurodivergent employees and leaders in sustainable, systemic ways. It also provides leading conceptual insight and actionable guidance from across disciplines, making it a timely and important resource for researchers, practitioners, and organizational leaders.

Our researchers’ contributions reflect the depth of thinking, care, and collaboration that define CCL’s work, connecting rigorous research with real‑world impact and offering perspectives that help organizations move beyond awareness toward meaningful, sustainable inclusion.

This chapter makes a meaningful contribution to that work, marking an important step in advancing research and practice in the neurodivergent leadership space, and supporting CCL’s mission to advance the understanding, practice, and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide.
