Current Role
Noleter Miller manages our on-call faculty, and she has designed and delivered leadership programs for all leader levels across various industries. Her focus areas include conflict management and giving and receiving feedback.
Experience
Noleter has been with us for over 25 years and has extensive leadership experience in customer service, management, coaching, and youth leadership training. She has a track record of developing staff to achieve peak performance in providing excellent customer service. She’s been recognized for increasing operational efficiency and quality and has a unique ability to understand the needs of diverse stakeholders. In addition to her role at CCL, she also serves as adjunct faculty at Guilford Technical Community College.
Education
Noleter has an EdD in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University and an MS in Workforce Development and Training from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
