Hamish has 20 years of business experience with a focus in sales and marketing, product and portfolio management, business expansion and corporate strategy. He has held leadership positions at Sony, WABCO, Experian and Recall, Hamish has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, is enthusiastic and passionate about transforming individuals and teams and organizations. Hamish joined CCL in 2012 as the Markets Director for EMEA and was responsible for all commercial and marketing activities for the region.
Hamish is the Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa and has been in this role since 2016. He is a member of the Global Executive Team at the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL) which shapes the future of the organization.
As a strategic client partner, he supervises organizational leadership and consulting projects for large regional and international clients. He works directly with Executive Teams and Management Boards to advise on leadership development strategy and implementation, organizational effectiveness and culture transformation. Recent client work includes – Leadership Transitions, Scaling Leadership Development Across the Organization, Developing a National Curriculum for Leadership Development & Executive Team Development.
Hamish graduated with a Degree in Mathematics for Business, received a Masters Degree in Operational Research from the London School of Economics. Hamish also has an MBA specializing in Marketing and Strategy
