By linking data, technology, and analytics to strategy, product development, and business execution, she has enabled organizations to find new market opportunities, improve revenue and cost drivers, and leverage data to address organizational challenges. She led our Global Research & Evaluation team, Leadership Analytics practice, and the Knowledge Management function.

David Altman

David oversees several global groups at CCL: Leadership Research and Analytics; Portfolio and Leadership Solutions; Partnerships and Innovation; and Future Leadership/Digital Transformation. He maintains an active portfolio of direct client work and focuses on Senior Teams and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. Before joining us, David spent 20 years working in academic medical centers (Stanford University and Wake Forest University). He’s currently also an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social Sciences and Health Policy at the Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
