Center for Creative Leadership Names Deirdre G. Robinson Chief Human Resources Officer

The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL)®, a top-ranked leadership development organization, today announced it has appointed Deirdre G. Robinson, a seasoned human resources executive with extensive global experience, its Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, Robinson will lead all aspects of CCL’s human resources, talent management, and organizational development, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. Robinson will serve as a member of the Executive Team and will report to CCL’s CEO, Scott Bohannon.

Since 2018, Robinson has served as an executive coach and consultant with Stewart Leadership. There, she assisted clients in transitioning to virtual/remote workforces and partnered with clients to create equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging strategic plans. Prior to that, she was Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Learning Officer for New Jersey-based Educational Testing Services, the world’s largest private, nonprofit educational testing and assessment company. Earlier in her career, Robinson held leadership posts at Alstom, Inc., Performance Food Group, Dignity Health, Children’s National Medical Center, and other human resources leadership roles with global engineering/consulting companies.

Robinson holds a BS in Biology/Chemistry from the University of South Carolina and an MBA, with a concentration in Human Resources Development, from Webster University. She is certified as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Strategic Workforce Professional (SWP), and Senior Professional Corporate Universities (SPCU). Robinson will be based in Greensboro.
