Current Role

Vandana Vishnu leads our coaching talent for the Asia Pacific region, maintaining the quality of coaching engagements for our clients and working closely with 120+ coaches. She’s a leadership facilitator and coach with 22 years of experience. She is deeply committed to developing inclusive leadership processes in organizations to positively influence the business outcomes and development of human potential in the workplace.

Experience

Before joining us in 2012, Vandana’s career included executive coaching, consulting, and HR learning & development. She also served as an Assistant Professor at the Goa Institute of Management.

Education

Vandana has a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from Coaching Supervision Academy, a Postgraduate Programme in Management degree (PGPM&IR, HR) in Human Resource Development from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a BA in Economics from Patna Women’s College.
