Dennis John is a Leadership Solutions Partner. He designs and delivers leadership development initiatives in the field of higher education on topics such as communication, feedback, influence, and belonging.
Experience
Dennis John is also the founder of Without Exception, which uses a systems perspective to help organizations identify starting points and concrete actions that promote belonging for all employees.
Dennis has held several senior leadership positions in the higher education and non-profit sectors over the past 20 years. Since completing his graduate work, he has applied his study of leaders and teams to helping professionals build stronger relationships.
Education
Dennis has a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School. He has an MBA from Everest University, and a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California–Irvine.
