What is CCL doing to monitor and respond to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak?

An internal team of CCL global leaders is in contact daily, assessing new information about the impact of coronavirus and adjusting CCL’s response. The team monitors and adheres to protocols issued by the countries we operate in around the world, taking our guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and other appropriate government authorities.

What is CCL doing to ensure the safety of clients attending programs?

The safety and well-being of our employees and program participants are always our top priority. We are working closely with clients and monitoring participants in affected areas to review their ability to travel in and out of country/domestic regions and to provide a safe experience for all program attendees.

At this time, we are not offering face-to-face programs in many of our locations globally. In those limited places where we are running face-to-face programs, we are making soap and hand sanitizer readily available in accordance with the WHO’s standard recommendations to protect yourself and others from getting sick. All classrooms and common areas — including restroom doors, elevator buttons, handrails, and high-touch areas — are cleaned daily, as well as all dining and break areas. Our transportation partners are cleaning buses before each pick up, and our hotel partners are providing extra sanitizing measures. We have also identified doctors and medical facilities for emergency situations.

What should I do if I think my upcoming experience at CCL might be affected by coronavirus?

For Custom programs, please be in touch with your organizational representative or CCL account representative. If you do not have a personal contact, you can contact CCL representatives in your global region here.

For Open Enrollment programs, we are waiving transfer fees for individuals who are impacted by the outbreak so that they can attend a future program. If CCL proactively cancels your program, which we are doing in some cases in order to ensure client safety and the quality of the program experience, we will contact you directly to update you and discuss options for rescheduling. We also have a suite of alternative learning experiences for impacted Open-Enrollment clients that will enable you to continue your leadership development despite current restrictions. We are happy to discuss these options with you.

Can CCL deliver programs and solutions virtually if we are not able to conduct the experience in person?
