Is CCL planning to reopen its campuses for face-to-face training?
Yes, CCL plans to reopen our campuses globally in August 2020 with a reduced schedule. We are working diligently to ensure the health and safety of all clients and CCL staff. As we proceed with planning, we are closely monitoring and adhering to guidelines released by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and national/local government agencies in the regions where we operate globally.
What steps will CCL take before clients arrive at our campuses to ensure their health and safety?
We will post clear signage throughout our facilities to emphasize the requirement of physical distancing, hand washing, use of hand sanitizer, and the wearing of masks. Training and activity areas will be configured to ensure that 6-foot physical distancing requirements are met throughout the program, and the facility will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival.
We are requiring clients to provide their own daily transportation to and from CCL’s facilities to minimize prolonged exposure to others within an enclosed space.
Upon registration confirmation and prior to arrival, all face-to-face program attendees will receive a reminder of these guidelines.
What steps will CCL take during programs on our campuses to ensure the health and safety of clients?
We are implementing a comprehensive program in service of health and safety that includes:
Health Screenings & Masks: CCL reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who exhibits visible symptoms of illness or does not adhere to the following protocols. Temperatures will be checked by a CCL staff member using a contactless device and must not exceed 100.4ºF (38ºC). We are requiring the use of masks during all aspects of programs that cover the nose and mouth (clients must bring their own; CCL will have a supply of masks in case of damage or loss).
Food Services: CCL’s food service partners are incorporating COVID-19 food safety protocols into their normal procedures. Individually packaged and/or served meals will be provided, and food and beverage will be distributed in a manner that allows individuals to maintain safe social distancing.
Cleaning: CCL will ensure that all public and training areas are cleaned each morning, afternoon, and evening (e.g., break areas, restrooms, door handles, elevator buttons, handrails).
Essential Personnel Only: During your program, CCL will limit onsite staff to the delivery team and other essential personnel.
One-on-One Feedback: When programs include feedback with a coach, those sessions will be delivered virtually either before, during, or after the program. If delivered within the program, CCL will provide clean meeting spaces for each individual participating in a feedback session. We ask that you bring your own laptop or mobile device to connect to the virtual session.
Experiential Activities: Social distancing will be factored into the design of experiential activities, and CCL will ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized before and after each use.
Elevators: The use of stairs is recommended whenever possible. Elevator occupancy will be limited to 1 person at a time.
Transportation: If transportation is required within an event, CCL will work with the partner venue to secure private transportation that meets sanitation and social distancing guidelines.
If Someone Becomes Ill: Staff will follow CCL’s established guidelines for cases of illness during a program, to ensure the health and safety of all parties involved.
What steps will CCL take after programs on our campuses to ensure the health and safety of clients?
Any unused materials will be discarded immediately. If an individual becomes ill within 2 weeks of the event’s conclusion, they must inform the contact person from the sponsoring organization. The contact person should notify CCL immediately so that all other individuals can be informed of potential exposure.
Can CCL deliver programs and solutions virtually?
