Improve Educational Outcomes by Developing School Leaders
Research shows that at every level of K-12, educational outcomes improve with effective school leadership. A strong pipeline of school leaders is crucial — but it can be hard to know where to start.
We believe that pipeline and leadership development initiatives for schools need to start with culture, and everyone in the school has a critical leadership role to play — including teachers, those in the school leadership pipelines, and other positional leaders. When top school leaders such as principals are engaged in creating a positive school culture, leadership across the school becomes more effective — instilling a culture of greater collaboration and trust, driving more effective instruction, and ultimately impacting student learning.
