• Americas: Actively recruiting for coaches focused on the leader learning about themselves and how they lead, specifically:
  • For Integrated Coaching:
    • Locations: Greensboro, NC and San Diego, CA.
    • Requirements:
      • Available for in-person coaching
      • 5 or more years coaching experience
      • Experience integrating learning through coaching
      • Bachelor’s degree required
      • ICF Certification (or equivalent)
  • For Executive Coaching:
    • Locations: United States and Canada
    • Requirements:
      • ICF Certification (or equivalent) / PCC or higher preferred
      • 7 or more years coaching experience
      • Lived experience and/or niche expertise in issues of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI)
      • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Preferred:
      • Post-graduate degree or PhD in a relevant field
      • Hogan Certification
