Experience
A highly skilled facilitator, fluent in 3 languages (English, Spanish, and French), Laura has headed leader, team, and organizational development across the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East for over 20 years. At Technologia Administrativa Moderna (TEAM) in Mexico and at CCL, she has worked at nonprofit, for profit, educational, military, and NGO organizations in many sectors, including financial services, agro-chemical, chemical, telecommunications, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, entertainment, retail, aviation, medical, and pharmaceuticals.
Current Role
As Senior Faculty at CCL, Laura works with clients in the financial services industry, addressing the unique challenges of this vertical during times of disruption and globalization. Concurrently with her previous roles, she established and directed a nonprofit mindfulness center; served as the Chair of the Leadership Development Track for the International Leadership Association; and was President of the Board at Greensboro (NC) Symphony Youth Orchestra.
Throughout her career, and now as Senior Leadership Solutions Partner, Laura has designed leadership solutions with impact beyond the classroom. She is a regular speaker at global conferences on challenges facing women leaders, cultural agility, and leadership development.
Educational Background
Laura holds a Doctorate from Antioch’s Leadership and Change Program, a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development for the United States International University in Mexico, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine.
A certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and mindfulness expert with a graduate degree in hospice care, Laura understands the mind/body connection and its profound influence on personal and career transformation.
